Our Community Programmes
Helping young people grow with confidence, character and real-world skills.
Supporting families, strengthening communities and creating brighter futures.
At Teens Know All Academy CIC, we design practical programmes that help children and young people build confidence, resilience, emotional wellbeing and essential life skills. We also support parents and carers to strengthen family relationships, improve communication and navigate the challenges of growing up together.
Through workshops, resources and community partnerships, we create meaningful opportunities for learning, personal growth and aspiration, helping young people and families thrive at every stage of their journey.
Our projects create safe spaces where young people can grow, families feel supported and local communities come together to inspire the next generation.
All workshops are fully adapted to the age, maturity and needs of each group, ensuring every session is engaging, relevant and developmentally appropriate.
PROJECT 1
Confidence Lab
Build confidence from the inside out.
Confidence isn’t something you’re born with—it’s something you build through everyday choices. Through interactive activities, real-life scenarios and practical strategies, students discover how courage, resilience, values and self-belief shape who they become. They leave with tools they can use long after the workshop ends.
Suitable for age 11–16 (Years 8-11)
Current Status: Active
PROJECT 2
The Invisible Backpack Lab
Every choice builds the person you’re becoming.
Designed for upper primary and middle school pupils, this engaging workshop helps children understand that every act of kindness, honesty, courage and respect goes into their invisible backpack. Through games, storytelling and practical challenges, they learn how small everyday choices shape their character.
Suitable for age 9–11 (Years 4–7)
Current Status: Active
PROJECT 3
Time Management Lab
Protect your time. Protect your future.
Students discover that time management isn’t about finding more hours in the day—it’s about making better decisions. This practical workshop explores planning, priorities, procrastination, distractions, discipline and healthy study habits, helping young people take control of their workload before it takes control of them.
Suitable for age 16+ (Years 11–13, College&University)
Current Status: Active
PROJECT 4
Trust & Relationships Lab
Build stronger relationships through trust, respect and communication.
Healthy relationships don’t happen by chance—they’re built through trust, respect, boundaries and communication. Students explore friendships, peer pressure, conflict, empathy and healthy decision-making through interactive activities.
Suitable for age 13-18 (Years 8–13, College&University-adapted version)
Current Status: Active
PROJECT 5
Resilience & Motivation Lab
Learn how to keep going when life gets difficult.
Success isn’t about never failing—it’s about knowing how to recover, adapt and keep moving forward. Students explore resilience, motivation, emotional regulation and practical strategies for overcoming setbacks while developing positive habits for long-term success.
Suitable for age 13-18 (Years 8–13, College&University-adapted version)
Current Status: In Development
PROJECT 6
The Future Lab – Community Mentoring
Discover possibilities. Unleash your potential. Shape your future.
The Future Lab brings careers to life by connecting young people with inspiring professionals from a wide range of industries. Through practical workshops and real-world experiences, students explore different career paths, develop workplace skills and gain a better understanding of the opportunities available after school. By hearing real stories of success, setbacks and alternative routes, young people build confidence, raise their aspirations and realise that one exam result does not define their future.
Suitable for age 13-18 (Years 8–13, College&University-adapted version)

Confidence Lab in Action
These photographs capture moments from our Confidence Lab workshops delivered in schools across the North East.
To protect students’ privacy, we only use images that do not identify individual young people. The focus is on the activities, resources and learning environment that help students explore confidence, resilience and personal growth.
During the workshop, students take part in practical, interactive activities that encourage them to:
recognise that confidence can be developed
understand the difference between real danger and unfamiliar situations
identify their own “tiny brave step”
explore the values that shape their reputation and future choices
leave with practical tools they can continue using beyond the classroom
Every workshop is designed to create a safe, supportive environment where students can reflect, participate and discover that confidence is built through small, consistent actions.
If your school is looking to strengthen students’ confidence, resilience and personal development, we’d love to discuss how Confidence Lab can support your pupils.
