My name is Cosmina and I am the founder of TKA Academy.

As a teacher, psychologist, and life coach I am helping others navigate self-doubt, self-esteem struggles, and the tricky art of accepting themselves, quirks and all.

I’ve been there myself, facing insecurities, questioning my worth, doubting if I was “enough.” As a mother, I’ve also supported my daughter through the challenges of adolescence, learning first hand that growing up is an adventure of its own.

I created TKA Academy to empower teenagers and adolescents to embrace who they are, laugh at their mistakes, and step into their own unique magic.
